RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS ARE FREE

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. 
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment. If you would like to return an item purchased, please send us a request via email for a return authorization within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- This includes returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
Nonchalant Label reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
NONCHALANT LABEL is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. For more information on making a return please email info@nonchalantlabel.com
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@nonchalantlabel.com
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
