Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Holiday Notice: During peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be delayed.
Pre-Orders: If your purchase includes a pre-order item, the order will not be processed until the item becomes available. In-stock items from the same order will be shipped separately.
Express Shipping: For express shipping (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air), orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Please note that express shipping services do not deliver on weekends, only on business days.
Return Policy (U.S. Orders)
Final Sale: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process: Returns must be initiated and processed through our Return Portal. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Our return portal only allows one session per order. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, please wait until all parcels have been delivered before initiating a return.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Ineligible Returns: Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days of receiving the item(s) at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
High-Value Orders: Returns totaling $2,250 or more are subject to a $200 restocking fee.
Nonchalant Label reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or are submitted without prior approval.
Lost or Stolen Returns: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. For assistance, please contact us at concierge@nonchalantlabel.com.
