ALL RETURNS ARE FREE
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free returns on our products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. It is suggested to ship items as early as possible as there can be delays with the shipping carriers.
We provide the option to exchange any of our products for a different size or a different product. Store credit is also available as an option via e-gift card that never expires.
Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used. This includes returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN / EXCHANGE
We offer returns for a full refund in the original form of payment. To return / exchange an item please go to our return portal found under the MORE tab on our website https://nonchalantlabel.com/a/return
To process the return / exchange, you will need your order number and email used at checkout.
You will receive a UPS return label via email. If you cannot find it, please check spam account first before contacting us.
Items must be returned in original packaging and tags.
Any indication of worn or damaged products will not make you eligible for a refund and item(s) will be sent back.

Please note that in the case of a sale, we do not offer later price adjustments at this time.
Nonchalant Label reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at concierge@nonchalantlabel.com
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
