Returns

Any items marked on SALE, or that were purchased with the discount code FINALSALE are NOT eligible for return or exchange. 

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON ARCHIVE SALE ARE FINAL SALE. 

All our US returns are processed and only accepted through our return portal. We offer full refunds on items returned to us within 14 days of delivery receipt. It is suggested to ship items as early as possible as there can be delays with the shipping carriers.

Our return portal only offers one session per order. We do not allow items from the same order to be shipped separately.

Any indication of worn or damaged products will not make you eligible for a refund and item(s) will be sent back.

Refunds are processed 3-5 days after it’s been received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is complete.

Nonchalant Label reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval. Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

International Returns

International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Customer is also responsible for tracking the package.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all our US orders. To process an exchange, please click here. Our portal only offers one exchange per order. Customer is responsible for the shipping fees for returning an already exchanged product within 14 days of delivery.
